PCIDs President & CEO, Yvonne Williams, joined PCIDs Board members David Canaday (Rubenstein Partners), John Heagy (Hines), Dale Hughes (Cox Enterprises, Inc.) and Kris Miller (Ackerman & Co.) to address an audience of 400 at Bisnow's "Future of Central Perimeter" event at The Retreat at Perimeter Summit.

Over the course of the last 12 months, Central Perimeter has led all Atlanta sub-markets in absorbed office space with vacancy numbers continuing to trend down. With leasing activity on the up-tick and major development on the horizon, there's reason for optimism surrounding this growing sub sector of Atlanta.*
